Thank you for shopping with oukairui. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the product(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product(s) must be received within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- The product(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- You must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA). You can reach us via email or phone.
- Clearly state the reason for the return and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
- Securely package the product(s) in the original packaging if possible.
- Ship the product(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our defect or error. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing time.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please inform us when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
